Standing by the tall window of the Aewol Bread Factory Café,
the sea unfolds before me like a magnificent painting.

From this higher place, as I gaze upon the world,
the lingering regrets within my heart drift away,
carried gently by the waves.

Over the years, Gijang has welcomed towering buildings,
and cozy cafés now fill the air with the comforting aroma of freshly baked bread.
Yet one thing remains unchanged—
the deep blue breath of the sea.

The waves that come ashore greet me in silence,
washing over my heart
and quietly healing even the wounds that time has carried.

Seagulls soar above the rolling waves,
dancing gracefully between the sky and the sea.
Far in the distance, a blue lighthouse waves like an old friend,
as if whispering,
"Welcome home."

How breathtakingly beautiful this place has always been—
my hometown, Gijang.

After a long journey that has brought me back once again,
